EASY VEGETABLE BRIYANI FOR BEGINNERS

Procedure :
1. Preparation of Basmati rice :
-To make vegetable biryani wash the basmati rice thoroughly and soak it in water for about 30 minutes.
- Cook the rice until it's 70-80 % done. Each grain should be separate. Set aside.
2. Sauteing the vegetables:
- In a large pan, heat oil and ghee. Saute sliced onion until golden brown.
- Add ginger and garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
- Toss in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender.
3. Creating the Masala Base :
- Add chopped tomatoes, biryani masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
